Job Title: General Warehouse Associate Location: Goodyear, AZ Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | Schedule TBD Overtime: Required as needed Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full-time, hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and a strong work ethic with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Accurately follow work instructions and meet daily production goals and KPIs
- Lift, carry, and move products up to 50 pounds as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Work overtime hours when required to meet operational demands
Requirements:
- Previous general warehouse experience required
- RF scanner experience is a must
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
