Adecco is recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a client in the Syracuse area. This is a direct hire opportunity supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation on an overnight shift schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, communication skills, and the ability to lead employees in a fast-moving environment.
Salary- 65,000-72,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production employees throughout the shift
- Drive productivity, safety, quality, and operational goals
- Maintain professional and consistent employee communication
- Support employee coaching, accountability, and problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with other supervisors and plant leadership as needed
- Assist in maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience in fast-paced production or operations environments
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to think quickly and problem solve in a production environment
- Comfortable working in a highly active role with significant time spent on the floor
- Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus
