Industrial Equipment | Blasting & Specialty Cleaning
Are you a proven outside sales professional who knows how to win new business and grow accounts in an industrial B2B environment?
We are a 40+ year established leader in blasting and specialty cleaning equipment, rentals, and media. We're expanding in Michigan and looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential territory. This is a true hunter/farmer role with strong earning potential and long-term growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
- On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$115,000+ (uncapped)
- Expense reimbursement + Car Allowance

Territory
- Michigan + surrounding region
- Mix of existing accounts and new business development
- Local and overnight travel
What You'll Do
- Develop new business with contractors, industrial, and manufacturing customers
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Recommend equipment, media, and service solutions based on customer needs
- Conduct on-site demos and technical presentations
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
- Partner with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service
What We're Looking For
- 3–7+ years of outside B2B sales experience (industrial or technical preferred)
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or contractor markets strongly preferred
- Comfortable with technical products and consultative selling
- Self-motivated, organized, and territory-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience with blasting, coatings, or specialty cleaning equipment
- Existing relationships in relevant industries
