What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Electronics, IT Networking, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 years relevant experience
, or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Equivalent military training (Electronics, Aviation, IT, Computer Science, etc.)
2 years experience accepted in lieu of degree
Technical trade skills: soldering, electrical installation, troubleshooting
Prior field experience in a customer-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication; flexible with sound judgment
Ability to prioritize workload to maximize revenue
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with databases and CRM systems
