Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit by leading Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and advancing digital transformation initiatives. You will analyze performance data to prioritize improvements, lead structured problem solving and small projects, build employee technical capabilities, and collaborate across functions to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesOwn Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including the creation, deployment, and sustainment of standardsLeverage technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve the reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systemsDevelop employee capabilities related to systems, standards, and technical understanding through coaching and hands‑on supportFoster a culture of technological transformation through the use, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital toolsAnalyze data across key performance indicators to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiativesLead small groups in structured problem solving using standard methodologiesManage small projects independently using approved Manufacturing Excellence tools and practicesCollaborate with cross‑functional partners including Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and MaintenanceLead capital project initiatives for the Business Unit from scoping through executionProvide direct oversight of assigned team members, administer discipline as needed, and ensure consistent application of policies and proceduresPerform other duties as required to support Business Unit objectivesIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s Degree in EngineeringExperience working in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in Microsoft applications including Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, and PowerPointTechnical knowledge of manufacturing systems and industrial equipmentDemonstrated leadership, organization, and effective communication skillsRelocation assistance is available for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
