Groundskeeper
Groundskeeper reports to Grounds Supervisor and assists in the physical upkeep of the college facilities grounds.

Essential Functions This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, and repairs of the grounds. All landscape maintenance duties such as weed-whacking, lawn mowing, snow removal etc. Maintains equipment including all safety features. Event set up and take down. Assists Facilities moving furniture and other items. Utilizes proper PPE for given duties. Assists other parts of the facilities team as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment Strenuous physical activity. Grounds workers are required to move around campus properties and work with equipment. Outside work is required during all types of weather conditions. Grounds workers must always use proper protective equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time essential worker position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. On-call work is required. Travel No travel is expected for this position.
Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record
