Turbotax USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support TurboTax customers by answering product inquiries. In this role, you will assist customers with downloading, logging in, and navigating the TurboTax software while working from home.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential. You'll work a minimum of 25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling between 8am and midnight EST. Compensation includes a pay rate of $24 per hour, a possible $405 Certification bonus, and various other performance bonuses.
