Hoover Architectural Solutions is currently in search of a Credit Analyst in Eastman, GA. Under the direction of the Controller, the Credit Analyst will support the HAS business in a critical, customer facing role. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze credit applications and financial data to determine risk and to make recommendations.
- Manage credit collections activities to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.
- Set-up new customer accounts accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Thorough review of credit application, financials, and contacting listed credit references in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive interactions with clients regarding credit terms and account status.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to support credit policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on credit status and collections activities for management review.
- Assist with other major finance duties as assigned to support overall department goals.

Required Qualification:
- 3 years of experience in credit collections or finance analysis
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Credit Collection Experience
- 5+ Years of Finance Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
