Full-time, 8:00am - 4:30pm. The Clinical Quality Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and compliance of behavioral health services across our organization. This position combines clinical knowledge, data analysis, chart review, staff education, and process improvement to support high-quality care, regulatory readiness, and evidence-based practices. Working closely with program leaders and the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), the Clinical Quality Analyst helps identify opportunities for improvement and drives initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical chart reviews and monitoring activities across behavioral health programs to assess quality, compliance, and documentation standards. Analyze findings, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve clinical documentation and service delivery. Partner with program leaders and staff to provide consultation, training, and ongoing support related to quality improvement initiatives. Support licensing, accreditation, and regulatory readiness activities, including preparation for external reviews and audits. Monitor changes in documentation, compliance, and clinical standards and communicate updates to relevant teams. Assist with fidelity reviews, plans of correction, mortality review processes, and organization-wide quality improvement projects. Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to present findings, measure outcomes, and support decision-making. Collaborate with leadership to track, report, and advance quality improvement goals across the network. Support special projects and other quality-related initiatives as assigned.
