Packing
Our client, a leader in the nutrition industry, is seeking packers to join their team. As a packer, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Pack finished products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking packaging materials
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle physical demands.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Commitment to following safety and quality standards.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively

Location: Crossville, TN
Pay Range: $17 Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm
