Forklift Operator
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators for a warehouse/distribution company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll safely move and track inventory using forklifts and other equipment while supporting productivity and safety goals. What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:
- Move incoming shipments to correct storage locations
- Record inventory movements accurately in the system
- Move pallets from floor to designated racking areas
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Keep your work area clean and report any equipment issues
- Meet daily productivity goals while following strict safety rules
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
What You Need to Bring to the Forklift Operator Role:
- Prior forklift driving experience required
- Previous warehouse or equipment operation experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Comfortable lifting up to 100 pounds as needed with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willingness to work in variable temperatures (some areas as cold as -15°F)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to the St. Cloud area
