We are seeking an experienced Desktop Refresh Project Manager to lead desktop support operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment in Chicago, IL, through the end of the year, with the potential for extension. This role includes: - Coordinating desktop deployments - Managing high-volume ticket workflows - Supporting end users - Ensuring IT support activities align with established service levels and business objectives The hourly rate is up to $40.
