This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for infrastructure operations, cloud administration, cybersecurity, endpoint management, automation, and advanced troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior systems engineer or infrastructure professional with deep expertise across Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, networking, security operations, and enterprise support. This role will play a key part in stabilizing, optimizing, and maturing enterprise IT operations while helping drive process improvements and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise infrastructure and business-critical systems. Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Defender, and related services. Manage endpoint deployment, patching, monitoring, and lifecycle management across enterprise environments. Support cloud operations, cybersecurity initiatives, identity and access management, and secure remote access solutions. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and security issues across multiple technology domains. Maintain and enhance monitoring, automation, and operational support processes. Partner with internal stakeholders to improve IT service delivery, operational maturity, and system reliability. Develop automation solutions using scripting technologies to streamline administration and operational tasks. Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials. Required Qualifications Experience 8+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, or operations support experience. 5+ years in a senior or technical leadership capacity. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments and mission-critical systems.
