Accounts Payable Supervisor
This is a newly created AP leadership role driven by rapid company growth. You'd be stepping into a high-volume, tech-enabled AP environment supporting a business that's scaling quickly through large infrastructure projects. It's less about processing and more about ownership—ensuring coding accuracy, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally with operations and project teams. You'll oversee both onsite and offshore resources and play a key role in building a more efficient, scalable AP function. They're open to someone who hasn't formally managed before, as long as you bring strong accounting fundamentals and leadership potential.
What You'll Do
- Own the full procure-to-pay process
- Ensure accurate invoice coding, including CapEx vs. OpEx
- Manage a hybrid AP team (onsite + offshore)
- Resolve invoice issues and support payment cycles
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Partner with accounting, procurement, and operations
- Support month-end close activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong accounting foundation with AP experience
- Exposure to high-volume environments and coding accuracy
- Understanding of controls; SOX exposure is a plus
- ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
- Leadership mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
