This includes inspecting guest rooms, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, assist management with scheduling, and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Refined communication skills
Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
Desire and ability to motivate and coach others
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Minimum of 1-year hotel experience
