Role Description
The Account Executive role at TESYS Networks is a full-time, hybrid position. The Account Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities by nurturing client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, crafting customized solutions to meet client needs, preparing proposals and contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to maintain long-term relationships and foster customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of IT, Network Solutions, and Managed Services to craft customized solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software for tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a team-centric approach.
- Previous experience in sales or customer success roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Requirements:
- Speed and autonomy to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- MS Excel and numerical ability for calculations.
- Analytical skills to understand and make strategic decisions.
- 5 years sales experience (recommended)
- Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo sales Experience preferred
