The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Perform final and in-process inspection of aerospace engine components
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using both CMM and manual inspection tools
Create, edit, and correlate
PC-DMIS programs
based on prints and solid models
Verify measurements using both CMM data and hard gaging methods
Interpret blueprints, operation sheets, and customer specifications
Ensure all inspected parts meet customer requirements for acceptance
Identify non-conforming parts and complete required documentation for rework or disposition
Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
Work independently to troubleshoot inspection and measurement issues

What We’re Looking ForRequired
5+ years of inspection experience in aerospace or manufacturing
Strong experience with CMM operation and
PC-DMIS programming
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Strong understanding of GD&T
Experience performing dimensional and visual inspections
Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with incoming, in-process, and final inspection
Experience building or calibrating hard gaging
Aerospace manufacturing experience

Pay Range:
$26 – $36/hr (DOE)
Pay Notes:
15% shift differential for 2nd shift
