Analyst - Finance Information Systems (Workday)

General Summary
The Finance Information Systems Analyst develops and manages business processes and workflows within Workday finance modules to address current and emerging organizational needs. This includes monitoring risks and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and administer business processes and workflows in Workday finance areas.
- Perform system integrity checks and verify business processes for accuracy and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compatibility of integrations and business processes.
- Review and update Workday operational guides and training materials; provide instructional support as needed.
- Offer additional support to other functional areas within the department to maintain essential operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in any field required; accounting or business focus preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, or Accrual Accounting. Experience with Workday is preferred.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This role requires considerable mental concentration on repetitive tasks for extended periods. The work is primarily sedentary with extensive computer use.
