We're hiring a product engineer to help build one of the fastest-growing AI products in healthcare.
This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, work directly with the founders, and play a key role in shaping both the product and engineering culture as the company scales.
The Role
Most healthtech products are built far away from the people actually using them. Here, you'll work directly with clinicians to understand their workflows, identify real pain points, and build elegant solutions fast.
You'll own product areas end-to-end — from the first user conversation through to production. Infrastructure and security are handled by the engineering platform team, so you can stay focused on building exceptional user experiences and impactful AI-powered products.
The ideal person has experience shipping AI features to large user bases in fast-moving product environments where speed, quality, and usability matter.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with clinicians to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes, then translate those insights into intuitive product experiences
• Own product areas end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions through to shipping production-ready features and continuously improving them based on real-world usage and feedback
• Build and deploy AI-powered features using LLMs to solve meaningful workflow problems for healthcare professionals at scale
• Collaborate closely with the founders on product direction, prioritisation, and strategy, helping determine what gets built and why
• Ship quickly and iterate continuously, using live user feedback, product data, and direct customer conversations to refine and improve the experience
• Design and build full-stack product features with a strong focus on speed, usability, performance, and reliability
• Take ambiguous, messy problems and turn them into thoughtful, well-executed solutions without relying on heavy process or detailed briefs
• Contribute to a culture of high ownership and high standards, where engineers are trusted to make product decisions and drive outcomes independently
Requirements
• 2+ years shipping production code in a product-focused environment (startup experience preferred)
• Strong full-stack engineering skills
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs / AI products
• Communication skills — you talk to users and build around real problems
