Job Description Position Title: Forklift Operator Wage: $17.45/hour Shift: 12-Hour Days and Nights Hours: 5:30pm-5:30am Tuesday-Friday; 6:00am-6:00pm Friday/Saturday, 6:00am-5:30pm Sunday-Monday Looking for a stable career with great benefits? Forklift Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Obtain forklift license and certification from client on first day on sit-down forklift - Operate Hilo truck - Move merchandise to storage, properly documenting locations and/ or scanning locations and product - Operate forklift in a safe manner - Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures - Work with other associates to set up machines and stack, pack, mark, and transport finished items - Maintain clean and orderly work area Forklift Operator Requirements: - Previous forklift experience required - Previous exposure to warehouse environment preferred - Previous experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus - Must be able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds - Able to sit or stand for entire shift - Must be able to reach and grab with hands and arms - Must be able to grasp steering wheel and controls for the entire shift - Must be able to stoop, bend, and kneel as needed - Accuracy and attention to detail required - Must have good eye and hand coordination IND060 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
