Job Summary The Dishwasher ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and dinnerware. Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment to sanitation standards.
- Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Stocking: Put away stock and supplies.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, cleaning, and handling various kitchen tasks in varying temperatures and conditions.
