- Bonus Eligible: Up to $15-20K annually
- Hours: Start between 7: 00-8: 30 AM, 8.5-hour workdays
- Dress Code: Business casual

Ideal Candidate We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented expert who can independently manage complex hospital claims. The ideal candidate has:
- 5-10 years of hospital claims, UB-04 billing, denials, and appeals experience
- Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle management
- Ability to "dig deep"into aged accounts and identify the best recovery pathways
- Experience drafting strong medical appeals
- Excellent communication skills with providers & insurers
- Ability to interpret payer contracts, reimbursement policies, and coding (CPT, ICD, modifiers)
- Comfort working in a research-heavy role focused on older claims
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and collect on denied hospital UB-04 claims with accuracy & efficiency
- Draft detailed, persuasive medical appeals to maximize recoveries
- Investigate aged claims and determine optimal strategies for resolution
- Communicate with payers and healthcare providers to expedite outcomes
- Analyze claims, coding, and payer rules to identify discrepancies and opportunities
