About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, high‑performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline creation across our Mid‑Market and Enterprise segments. This role focuses on penetrating complex, multi‑stakeholder organizations and generating qualified opportunities that convert into high‑value revenue.
You will engage key decision makers across Wealth Management firms, Banks, Wirehouses, and Broker Dealers within the broader Financial Services industry. Success requires account‑based prospecting, data‑driven insights, and AI‑enabled outreach to create relevant, high‑impact engagement with target accounts.
This high‑impact role provides strong visibility into the enterprise sales motion and a clear path to Account Executive responsibilities.
Compensation
This position offers a base salary of $70,000 with variable commission tied to qualified pipeline and opportunity creation.
Primary Responsibilities & Expectations
Execute sophisticated account‑based prospecting strategies to penetrate target organizations and map complex buying committees.
Develop and manage multi‑threaded outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry conferences.
Leverage AI tools and data insights to drive highly personalized, relevant outreach at scale.
Conduct high‑quality discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, Growth, Digital, etc.).
Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to convert engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and insights in our CRM (HubSpot).
Continually test, iterate, and optimize outbound messaging, sequencing, and targeting strategies.
Work in a private, secure workspace free from distractions.
Be accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties as outlined by the supervisor.
Have an internet connection with speeds of 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up.
Skills and Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR, or early‑stage sales role (SaaS preferred).
Proven ability to prospect into Mid‑Market or Enterprise accounts.
Strong business acumen with the ability to engage VP and C‑Level stakeholders.
Experience using tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator.
Familiarity with AI‑driven sales tools (e.g., personalization, research, sequencing).
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable operating in a remote team environment.
Experience within financial services is a strong plus.
