Commercial Construction Superintendent – Multifamily | Greater Philadelphia Area
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and large-scale multifamily construction projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong background managing field operations on multifamily, mixed-use, podium, or wood-frame residential developments. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality project delivery from sitework through turnover.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience on ground-up multifamily projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor management
- Ability to drive projects on schedule and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
