Job Description
- Responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the residential community.
- Assisting Maintenance Supervisor to ensure tickets/requests are completed in a timely manner
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools.
- All maintenance activities will follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times.
- Strong communication skills to maintain good resident and future resident relations
- In charge of turns and prioritize scheduling moveouts/move in
- Provide assistance to Maintenance Supervisor for various tasks as needed
- No requirement of On Call

Qualifications
- Required one-year experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
- Must have appliance repair experience
- Must pass a general maintenance test
- EPA Certified required
- Required to pass drug test, pre-employment physical and background check
