- Own end-to-end data workflows, ensuring data is properly implemented, maintained, and governed.
- Partner with Business Data Stewards and Data Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate downstream system dependencies, constraints, and impacts of data decisions.
- Help support a large-scale incentive compensation initiative tied to Varicent (Varicent experience not required).
- Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture and the external team managing the data lake.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies, standards, and controls across systems.
- Drive data quality improvements by identifying root causes, supporting defect resolution, and contributing to metrics/reporting.
- Map and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) across systems and ensure proper implementation.
- Maintain data lineage, metadata, and catalog accuracy across the enterprise.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation efforts.
- Partner with security and privacy teams to enforce data protection, classification, and risk management standards.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data implementations.
- Strong SQL skills (querying, optimization, reporting).
- Ability to collaborate across business, engineering, and governance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
