Associate Construction Project Manager.
What you’ll do
Lead
construction administration
for a GC: manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules, subcontractor communications, and meeting agendas/minutes.
Maintain accurate logs (RFI/Submittal), track due dates, and drive timely responses.
Support
3D modeling
tasks to aid coordination and documentation.
Operate within
Procore
and
Bluebeam
to enforce document control and markups.
Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
Role requirements
3–5+ years in construction administration with a GC or CM, or architectural background focused on CA. (Architectural track welcomed.)
Hands‑on expertise with
RFIs
and
Submittals
(creating logs, routing, closing).
Proficiency in
Procore
and
Bluebeam ; comfort with 3D modeling workflows.
Scheduling and cost tracking literacy (can read and update schedules and budget trackers).
Strong written/spoken English; able to run vendor/subcontractor communication and meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
USD
$2,000–$3,000
per month (full-time contract).
