We're seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee daily operations in accounts receivable to join our client. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, creative open-space environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $34 to $35 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized files in compliance with audit standards.
- Assist with month-end close tasks, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Address inquiries from staff, customers, and auditors.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' accounting experience, preferably in wholesale, retail, e-commerce.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a creative office environment with typical noise levels.
- Flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute wherever necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
