Job Summary We are looking to expand our team of financial consultants in a fully remote environment This position is an Entry level Financial Consultant (part-time or full-time). Through our in-depth training program, you will also learn how to diagnose needs of an individual or family, have aconversation with them about their financial goals and dreams, and help create a roadmap to help them achieve theirshort-term and long-term financial goals through our financials solutions, products and services we provide (included butare not limited to Getting out of debt, Budgeting, Retirement Planning, Wealth Accumulation, College Planning,Investments, Rollovers, Annuities, Roth IRA, Insurance). Schedule: You create your own besides ongoing weekly training - Tuesday 8pm EST/5pm PST and Saturday 12pm EST/9amPST Important Note: You don't have to quit your current job to join us. Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their financial aspirations and craft personalized strategies to achieve them. • Participate actively in our comprehensive training program to enhance your financial advisory skills. • Shadow experienced advisors during client meetings to gain insights into effective financial planning. • Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for growth and risk management. • Present tailored financial solutions that align with clients' unique needs and goals. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices. • Complete necessary licensing requirements to provide a full range of financial services to clients effectively and ethically. Key Responsibilities: • Study, Learn, and execute with on-the-job training • Shadow client meetings, plan designs and presentations • Analyze client financials to determine their needs and risk tolerance • Review available options for clients • Recommend which areas or services fit the client's needs • Follow ethics industry standard • Complete licensing requirements • Maintain licenses and industry ethics Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or client interaction, ideally two to three years, to build strong client relationships. • Ability to engage with clients to understand their financial goals and craft personalized strategies. • Willingness to participate actively in our comprehensive training program to enhance your skills. • Proven track record of self-motivation and accountability in a fast-paced, value-driven environment. • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present tailored financial solutions. • Ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for growth and risk management. • Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in providing financial advice and services to clients. Compensation:
$75,000 per year
