Rekey 28080 due to rate increase Physical Therapist Assistant - 8 hr day shift - Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital & Clinics - Boscobel, WI - Contract Length: 13 weeks- Start Date: Mid March 2026 - Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40- Shift Requirements: 8hr shifts; Primary shifts are 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. 1 hour of office time is generally blocked each day. This can vary at therapist's discretion based on patient needs.- Primary Location: Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics- Float Requirements: None- On Call/Call Back Requirements: None- Weekend Requirement: None - Holiday Requirements: Holiday Rotation option to work holiday or 1 day of weekend before or after. - Required Certifications: WI PTA license & AHA BLS- Minimum Education: Associate's Degree Physical Therapist Assistant. (or Graduate of accredited PTA program) - Minimum Experience: 1+yr preferred. Contract therapist must be able to operate independently after onboarding / orientation.- Charting Experience: Epic preferred (not required) - Unit Overview: Will provide care in outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed settings. Primary need is inpatient and swing bed / post-acute rehab.- Desired Skillset: Experience providing physical therapy services in acute, subacute, and outpatient settings is preferred, but not required.- Required Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates- Scrub Colors: Dress code is business casual, scrubs are allowed / optional.
