TekStream Solutions has an immediate need for an IT Desktop Support Analyst with experience providing technical support for Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment. Applicants must be open to a long term contract and local to Atlanta, GA as these roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm ET.
Responsibilities
- :Greet and welcome customers into walk-up support area, and engage proactively in supporting their technology need
- sProvide excellent, effective troubleshooting of devices including Mac and Windows laptops, iOS and Android mobile device
- sOpen, document, and route support incidents effectivel
- yMonitor, stock, and maintain technology vending machines across campu
- sInstall, replace, and troubleshoot campus monitors and other technology equipmen
- tWalk to a user's workspace and assist with troubleshooting of monitors, printers, and other on-campus technology equipmen
- tAssist in organizing and staging laptops, chargers, adapters, documentation, and other necessary items in preparation for large-scale new hire classes of up to 70 individual
