Job Title: Forklift Operator (Shipping/Receiving/Specials) Location: Winchester, VA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (1st Shift) Job Description We are hiring a Forklift Operator to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing facility. This role involves safely transporting materials, staging products for shipment, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials and finished goods
- Read and interpret shipping schedules and work orders
- Stage, sort, and prepare products for shipment based on specifications
- Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and maintain equipment
- Load and unload materials efficiently and accurately
- Consolidate and organize shipping orders
- Maintain accurate records and verify shipping documentation
- Replace pallets and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Support warehouse team and assist with additional duties as needed
- Work overtime or weekends when required

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, can be waived with experience)
- 2-3 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to read and write in English
- Proven teamwork and reliability
