Description
Prinsco is looking for a Yard Worker to join our team. This role supports daily yard operations by safely loading, unloading, and organizing products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Safely load and unload product shipments
- Operate forklift and yard equipment to move finished goods
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain an organized yard and accurate inventory storage
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Verify customer and vendor loads for accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and company work practices
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
Qualifications
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or outdoor work experience helpful
- Ability to operate or learn forklift operation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and higher weights occasionally
- Ability to bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift
