Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support participants in on-site work and training activities
Ensure a safe environment and monitor participant well-being at all times
Assist individuals in meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards
Track and document daily progress, goals, and production outcomes
Maintain accurate records, including work sheets, billing, and transportation logs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in human services or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Valid Arkansas Driver's License
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (safety-sensitive position)
