Utility – Busser, Dishwasher

Here's what we need:
As a Utility Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are in DAMN GOOD shape and that the kitchen runs smoothly.
Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all items used for food preparation and food service.
- Maintain the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution and ensure dishwashing areas are clean.
- Organize pots, pans, and product received on shift; maintain the organization of the walk-in.
- Help with prep or line duties when asked by management.
- Prioritize cleaning the most commonly used dishes, such as bowls and trays, to keep kitchen operations flowing.
- Unload and put away orders, and ensure back of house trash is emptied promptly.
Que-So...here's what you'll need:
- Food Handlers Certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for several hours.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
