Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Cherry Picker Operators for a warehouse located in Palmetto!
Qualifications for Cherry Picker Operators:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have cherry picker experience.
- Basic literacy and math skills.
- Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Cherry Picker Operators:
- Receives equipment and zone assignments and interacts with computer system via radio-frequency to receive and report completion of task assignments.
- Familiarize self with productivity capacity or sorters and trucks so that product delivery to and from storage is balanced.
- Using RF terminal, reports inconsistencies or errors to the Warehouse Management System.
- Handles and stack up to 50 to 60 lbs. cases of product onto a pallet and transfers onto take away conveyors at specified points.
- Acquires empty pallets from stacks and removes empty skids to storage in designated areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details: Sunday-Thursday - 3:00PM-11:00PM Pay Rate: $18.75/hour Benefits:
