Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Establish, implement, and maintain long-term plans for maintenance activities to improve operational efficiency.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions promptly.
Support plant safety initiatives, uphold housekeeping standards, and promote a safe working environment.
Supervise construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.
Train, develop, and evaluate maintenance personnel to foster a high-performing team.

What's Needed?

Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
Experience supervising multi-trade workforce and managing maintenance projects within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
