What You'll Do
- Follow established workflows to determine the accurate disposition of materials upon receipt.
- Conduct 100% inspection and verification on all RMAs.
- Reconcile EGM serial numbers upon receipt.
- Perform initial research on discrepancies and address problems where feasible, advancing others when needed.
- Apply case management and ERP systems to research incoming discrepant RMAs.
- Raise second-level discrepant RMAs to the Service Support Representative - Parts for resolution.
- Collaborate with Order Planning, Technical Services, and Business Operations to resolve first-level discrepant RMA issues.
- Perform basic RMA discrepancy troubleshooting, scrapping, and final disposition of materials by established workflows.
- Operate warehouse management, commercial software applications, and shipping systems.
- Use material handling equipment to effect material flow and disposition activities.
- Carry out all other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related industry, warehouse environment, or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
- Basic mathematics, literacy, and data processing equipment/software skills.
- Proficiency with standard hand tools, such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers.
- Familiarity with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC) and standard industry workmanship practices is preferred.
- Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate testing equipment and take basic measurements.
- Familiarity with ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques is preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced teamwork environment and work independently as needed.
- Understanding and following ISO/Quality standards.
- Extremely diligent and with a strong grasp of regulatory consequences.
Environmental Demands
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, the ability to distinguish colors, and the ability to adjust focus.

- The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds.
- Employee must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes, where applicable.
- Must be able to comfortably maneuver around an office or production environment
- Must be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions, in and outdoors
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate office data processing equipment/devices, computer systems, and operate material handling tools and equipment
- Must be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift
- Must be able to pull or push parts/material on a pallet jack for extended distances

Travel Expectations None Pay Range $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
