Job Description Job Summary:
Seeking a Mammography Tech to perform diagnostic mammography exams, ensuring high-quality imaging results for patient care. The role involves applying imaging principles, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of Mammography exams across multiple locations with scenic commutes.
- Operate imaging equipment and software accurately to produce reliable diagnostic images.
- Collaborate effectively with interdepartmental teams and patient staff.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and certification protocols throughout procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography.
- Active Oregon state license.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of mammography experience required; stereo biopsy experience preferred.
- Certification in Image Wisely and Image Gently preferred.
