Job Description: Client is seeking a Data Management Analyst within the Chief Data Office (CDO) to join the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team. This role will lead Data Source Rationalization efforts critical to the execution of client’s Enterprise Data Strategy. This role provides centralized expertise and oversight to assess, rationalize, and modernize thousands of enterprise data sources, enabling lines of business to migrate toward trusted, approved Authorized Data Sources (ADSs) while reducing operational complexity, compliance risk, and cost. Required: Data Management Expertise: Strong understanding of data management risks and principles. Leadership and Strategy: Proven ability to lead large efforts and drive transformation initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building global relationships and influencing across leadership levels. Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; effective in matrixed environments with competing priorities. Execution and Accountability: Delivers high-quality outcomes, takes ownership of results, and consistently meets deadlines under pressure. Analytical Thinking: Synthesizes data to inform decisions and balances innovation with practical execution. More business side driven and less data side. Ability to convey data and communicate effectively with executive level. This will be more of a lead role and less supportive. In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may: Consult as a top subject matter expert on complex, innovative and diverse Data Management initiatives with high risk or with significant scope, cost, and benefits. Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across Data Management, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide consulting and industry expertise regarding large-scale Data Management strategies. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 10 plus years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Note: Location: Charlotte, Dallas and Phoenix areas Interview Process: 1 round in person interview - 1 hour duration. Shift: Monday through Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
