Our client, a manufacturing and production business, is seeking a Warehouse Technical Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Technical Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Technical Operator
Location: Raeford, NC
Pay Range: $17/hourly
Shift: Night Shift 6:30pm - 7am
What's the Job?
- Operate basic production equipment to support manufacturing processes.
- Perform troubleshooting and make adjustments to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
- Conduct belt and conveyor maintenance, including take out/in belts and conveyors.
- Participate in autonomous maintenance activities (CILRS) on belts and conveyors.
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and communicate unsafe conditions.
What's Needed?
- At least 1-2 years of manufacturing or warehousing experience.
- Ability to stand, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift weights over 5 pounds but under 50 pounds as needed.
- Understanding of basic manufacturing principles and equipment operation.
- Commitment to following safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
