We are seeking an IAM Analyst to support user provisioning, access administration, and identity lifecycle management activities for a healthcare organization in Miami Beach, FL. This role is focused on processing user access requests, onboarding and offboarding activities, and maintaining accurate access records across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is process-focused and does not require experience with a specific Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.
Contract Duration: 3-Month Contract with the opportunity
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience supporting user provisioning, account administration, or access management processes.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Process user provisioning and deprovisioning requests, including employee onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Perform access administration activities to ensure users receive appropriate system access based on business requirements.
- Maintain accurate user account and access records through data entry and validation processes.
- Review and update user access information while ensuring compliance with established security and access management procedures.
