Responsibilities Description of Responsibilities:
- Keep the grounds clean and free of debris, including trash removal and sweeping walkways, driveways and parking areas.
- Collaborates with external contractor for specialized services related to the upkeep of facility grounds.
- Coordinate with management to address any groundskeeping needs or concerns.
- Upkeep of environmental conservation practices such as recycling.
- Assist the execution of preventative maintenance program, pest control, sanitizing common areas in rest rooms and showroom.
- Coordinate with supervisors, team members or other departments to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
- Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task

- Adaptability to work in different settings as per seasonal demands
