East Petersburg, PA. Must have the ability to travel within our 5 state footprint, PA, DE, NJ, MD, and VA.
Supports technology initiatives by providing technical expertise to the users of various automated business applications and phone systems.
Responsibilities- Providing technical assistance to users of employee computing systems and local area networks. Assisting other Information Technology staff to correct any software or hardware problems with employee computing applications on the corporate network. Ensuring all open problems are reported to the manager on a timely basis. Assisting in performing hardware and software upgrades for employee computing applications. Assisting with network, telecom, and location project integrations and installations. Developing a level of expertise in the design and support of local area and wide area networks.
- Receiving assignments from manager in the form of projects with general objectives defined. Keeping manager and others advised of progress on all projects on at least a weekly basis. Performing duties generally expected of administrative staff employees. Providing thorough documentation and timely updates within the Information Technology ticketing system.
QualificationsEducationAssociate Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer science. (Preferred)
Experience2 or more years Performing the essential duties of this role. (Preferred)
2 or more years Local area networking, word processing, spreadsheet applications, and personal computing operating systems. (Preferred)
2 or more years with using, troubleshooting, and fixing personal computing workstations, as well as business application software packages is necessary. (Preferred)

This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.
