Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a large, established Aerospace & Defense organization. This role is ideal for a driven recruiter with a strong sense of urgency, proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and the confidence to partner with — and hold — hiring managers accountable throughout the hiring process.
Schedule: 9/80 work schedule (80 hours over 9 days) – enjoy every other Friday off.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including Engineering, Assembly, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management
Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, set expectations, and drive efficient hiring decisions
Manage a high-volume requisition load (100+ roles distributed across the recruiting team) while maintaining quality and speed
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent
Lead candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes
Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer
Utilize Workday and other recruiting tools to track pipeline activity and maintain accurate candidate data
Prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
3+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability with hiring managers
Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and various sourcing tools
Demonstrated ability to attract and engage passive candidates

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
