Our client seeks a systems analyst to understand application components, map customer journeys, define data flows, and clarify platform inputs and outputs. The role will facilitate requirements sessions with business and vendor partners, translate business needs into clear specifications, and collaborate with technology teams to deliver new features and functionality for debit and credit card programs across live service channels and digital experiences.

Responsibilities
- Gain understanding of application components and platform data flows, inputs, and outputs.
- Develop customer journey maps and supporting documentation, user stories, and specifications.
- Lead and facilitate requirements sessions with business and vendor partners.
- Collaborate with technology teams to deliver new features and functionality.
- Research and optimize moderate to complex software systems using data and logging tools.
- Support improvements across debit and credit card programs, live channels, and digital experiences.
- Constructively challenge assumptions and remove obstacles to delivery.
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years as a systems analyst for software solutions. Debit or credit card domains, PCI, or HIPAA experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience creating documentation, user stories, and specifications for complex systems.
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis using logging tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, relational database schemas, and SQL management tools.
- Familiarity with mainframe concepts, programs, and jobs is helpful.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Background in development or QA is preferred.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology discipline.
