Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in San Clemente, CA. In this role, the representative will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, manage client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves developing relationships with clients, maintaining ongoing communication, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Able to work on-site in San Clemente, CA
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering excellent experiences
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management, including developing and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in the electronics or technology industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
