Regulatory & Compliance Management
• Ensure all cargo screening procedures meet TSA, CCSF, and internal compliance standards.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety risks, maintenance requirements, and
operational inefficiencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Evaluate compliance risks and determine appropriate corrective actions to maintain regulatory
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, freight, or air-cargo operations; leadership
experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of TSA, CCSF, OSHA, and warehouse safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and operational
reporting tools.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification; training provided by the company.
