SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
??10–15 years of core Networking, Wireless, or Broadband Delivery experience within a Service Provider / ISP / Telco environment (Pure IT/Agile PMs will not be considered).
??Strong hands-on engineering background with Cisco ASR (9000 series) and GSR Series routers.
??Deep technical expertise in BNG / SP Edge architecture and Ciena Benu vBNG (virtual, running on VMware / UCS infrastructure).
??Comprehensive understanding of RADIUS / AAA load, scaling, subscriber management, GRE tunnels, and QoS policy enforcement.
??Proven experience working with Provisioning Systems (SCPS) using REST APIs.
??Hands-on experience with Wireless Controllers and Access Points (Ruckus AP, Cisco, OctoScope).
??Strong track record in a client-facing, onsite Technical Project Manager / Tech Lead role, owning end-to-end delivery, risk management, and dependency tracking.
Secondary (Good to Have):
??Experience conducting Interoperability Testing (IOT) across diverse vendor platforms.
??Prior experience coordinating execution with cross-functional global teams (e.g., managing a 9+ member offshore engineering and QA delivery team).
??Strong system-level understanding of firmware, network, cloud, and operations alignment.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Elite Networking & Wireless Technical Lead / Technical Project Manager to spearhead and deliver complex network and wireless programs in a fast-paced Service Provider environment based fully onsite out of Denver, CO. This is a highly technical, delivery-focused role requiring a unique blend of deep, hands-on engineering knowledge and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and client-facing governance—translating intricate requirements into production-ready execution plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, and occasionally stepping in to provide hands-on technical support during critical delivery milestones.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
??Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade network and wireless programs, serving as the primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders and driving alignment across firmware, network, cloud, QA, and operations teams.
??Coordinate execution seamlessly with an offshore engineering, validation, and vendor team (9+ members) to ensure execution continuity, quality, and on-time milestone delivery.
??Own comprehensive project planning, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and dependency mapping from scoping through deployment.
??Act as a hands-on technical lead when required during critical situations, leveraging deep routing, switching, and wireless protocols to resolve high-priority architecture bottlenecks.
??Drive release readiness and interoperability testing, translating complex customer requirements into clear, scannable technical designs and execution frameworks.
