Job Duties:
- Sand, clean, and prep wood surfaces for finishing
- Apply stains, paints, lacquers, varnishes, and sealants
- Match colors and finishes to samples or specifications
- Operate spray equipment (HVLP preferred)
- Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Experience in cabinetry finishing or wood finishing preferred
- Knowledge of spray finishing and finishing tools
- Ability to read work orders or design specs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for long periods
